Gold Coast Community Management enjoys its role as an established community management leader. Since opening our doors in 1978, we have continued to meet the changes, challenges, and responsibilities this industry has presented. Our team of professional certified community managers is solution-oriented. Our staff retention rate is high, providing both the Board and owners a strong continuity of service. Gold Coast Community Management is a member and active participant of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) where our managers obtain the designation of Certified Community Manager (CCAM). Our managers also participate in the Community Association Institute (CAI) where managers earn the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Managers also attend continuing education programs from both organizations.
